We endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.

European Orders
European orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days.

Not at home during the day?
No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.

Tracking your order
Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you when we despatch your order. Alternatively you can call our Customer Services Department on +34 627 354 756.

Please be aware that feelthepassionagain.co.uk cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

RSVC is the registered trading company of which www.buygoldenroot.com trades under. All invoices are marked from RSVC.

Customer Information
All customer information is stored on our database in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Delivery. Your order will usually be dispatched to you within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) either directly from our suppliers, or from our own warehouse facility. Where goods are shipped directly from our suppliers, the company in question may supply their own delivery note & invoice. However this is not our preferred practice and we always try to sell from stock so you get your goods quicker.

Other duties & taxes
All other local taxes, duties and customs charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Payment
We take payment over the phone for orders 5 days a week. If your payment is authorised, your good will be despatched and card will be debited immediately. All goods must be paid for by credit or debit card, at the time of ordering. In the event of a payment being dishonoured for any reason after dispatch of an order, RSVCreserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount at 5% above the prevailing base rate of Barclays bank. Your transaction will be shown on your bank statement as payable to RSVC.

Fraud
We take online fraud very seriously. All orders paid for online undergo an AVS and CV2 check. This tells us if the name and address provided by a customer matches the details registered to the credit/debit card being used. If your name and address do not match your credit/debit card, we may contact you to request further evidence of your identity before shipping your order. You may be asked to fax, or email as an attachment, a recent utility bill, credit card statement, bank statement, driving licence or similar document.
